System Highlights
1) Solar PV Modules
High-performance Jinko Solar 575Wp Bifacial N-Type Topcon Solar PV Modules were installed to ensure maximum energy generation and system efficiency.
2) Inverter Technology
The system is equipped with SolarEdge 100KVA inverters (10 units) with optimization technology from Israel, offering superior efficiency, lifetime remote monitoring, and precise system performance tracking.
3) Mounting Structure
A GI (galvanized iron) south-tilted structure on sheds ensures rust-free and long-lasting durability. We chose this structure specifically to maximize the bifacial effect of the solar panels. We are proud to report that this design has resulted in a 7% to 8% increase in energy generation. This achievement highlights the expertise of our civil engineering team and the capabilities of a great EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) player.
4) Safety Features
Comprehensive AC and DC protections have been implemented, including:
* SPD (Surge Protection Devices)
* DC and AC MCBs (Miniature Circuit Breakers)
* MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breakers)
* Three-phasing
* IP68 polycarbonate enclosures
5) Earthing & Lightning Protection
* Earthing: Advanced chemical earthing technology with multiple grounding points ensures robust performance. The system includes 10 sets of copper-bonded chemical earthing.
* Lightning Arrestors: ESE (Early Streamer Emission) active lightning arrestors with a 107-meter radius (2 sets) and pure copper lightning arrestors (6 sets) were installed for maximum safety.
Generation and Savings:
The 1200 kW solar system installed for Sultania Oil Industries has generated approximately 17 lakh units of electricity in just 8 months. This has led to electricity savings worth around ₹1.7 crore (approximately).
