200KW SOLAR GRID TIED ELECTRICITY SOLUTION FOR OM GINNING AND PRESSING MURTIZAPUR
Brief about the client: Ginning and Pressing Industries are largely developed in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra. Out of which “Om Ginning and Pressing” is one of the largest cotton ginning and pressing Industries.
The client has an industrial shed with north-south slope. After rigorous analysis and designs, we finalized the polycrystalline solar module technology along with German inverter. The main reason for selecting this technology is to get the maximum output from the solar system.

Solar system capacity: 200kw Solar Grid Tied system with net-meter
Solar PV Modules used: REC polycrystalline – 330Wp solar PV modules are been used for this solution.
Inverter Technology: We have used SMA inverter-German technology inverter for higher output from the system.
Lifetime remote monitoring solution is also provided to the client. Our team also checks the health of the solar system once every week so that our client gets the best solar experience.
Other system components: For pathways (walkways), we have used FRP material. FRP is fiberglass reinforced plastic which is weather resistance, chemically neutral, shockproof with long life. It is very lite weight and hence it was our primary choice.
For the protection of cleaning staff, we have provided epoxy coated MS railing from all the sides of the shed.
To reach the roof-top, we have provided a heavy staircase of almost 2MT of weight.
We have also provided AC and DC protections like SPD’s, fuses, DC MCB, AC MCB, MCCB, single phasing preventer, IP 68 polycarbonate boxes etc.
Solar Panel Mounting Structure: Anodized aluminium short rail structure with EPDM sheet for waterproofing is used. For the installation of these short rails, we have used rivets and self-drilling screws.
Earthing and Lighting arrestor: We have used a 50mm x 2-meter chemical earthing technology. Multiple earthing is used to get the best results.
For lighting arrestor, we have used Taiwan’s ESE lighting arrestor along with 2 pure copper lighting arrestors. The specialty of ESE arrestor is that it is an active type of lighting arrestor with a protection radius of 107 meters.
To connect the earthing to different electrical and electronic components, we have used hot-dip galvanized 25mm x 3mm earthing strip with 11000V insulators for thorough protection.
