Project Execution and Technical Insights

Mounting Structure Design

Given the ample rooftop space available at Johnson Lifts’ Nagpur facility, we implemented a flush mounting structure as per the natural slope of the roof. A 100mm short rail structure was used, ensuring optimal panel placement for maximum efficiency and structural stability.

Solar Modules

For this project, we installed 755 units of Jinko Solar 530 Wp panels. Jinko Solar is one of the world’s leading solar module manufacturers, known for high efficiency and durability. These panels were chosen to ensure high energy yield and long-term reliability.

Inverter Technology

We deployed three 100 kVA Solaredge inverters, an advanced Israeli technology featuring optimization and module-level monitoring. This inverter technology enhances power generation efficiency by up to 5%, improving system performance and ensuring real-time tracking of individual modules.
