50KW Solar Grid Tied Electricity Solution for Krishidhan Cold Storage Pandharpur

Brief about the client: Cold storage is an excellent business in the Pandharpur region of Maharashtra and one such renowned cold storage is “Krishidhan Cold Storage”.  The client has a RCC roof so after rigorous analysis and designs, we finalized the polycrystalline solar module and Israel’s Solar-Edge technology for this project.

Solar system capacity: 50kw Solar Grid Tied system with net-meter

Solar PV Modules used: Renewsys polycrystalline – 330Wp solar PV modules are been used for this solution.

Solar Inverter Technology: World’s best solar optimization technology i.e. Israel’s Solar-Edge technology is been used for this project.

We have used 27.6KVA X 2  Solar-Edge inverter for this solution.

Lifetime remote monitoring solution is also provided to the client with module-level monitoring and inverter level monitoring. Our team also checks the health of the solar system once every week so that our client gets the best solar experience.

Other system components: We have used Hot- dip galvanized structure for RCC roof.

We have also provided AC and DC protections like SPD’s, fuses, DC MCB, AC MCB, MCCB, single phasing preventer, IP 68 polycarbonate boxes etc.

Solar Panel Mounting Structure: HDG structure for RCC roof as it is rust proof and durable.

Earthing and Lighting arrestor: We have used a 50mm x 2-meter chemical earthing technology. Multiple earthing is used to get the best results.

For lighting arrestor, we have used pure copper lighting arrestor. The specialty of LA is that it is an active type of lighting arrestor with a protection radius of 107 meters.

To connect the earthing to different electrical and electronic components, we have used hot-dip galvanized 25mm x 3mm earthing strip with 11000V insulators for thorough protection.
