Amit cot fiber is a cotton ginning industry situated in town of Malkapur (district Buldhana). It’s a completely integrated cotton ginning unit.
In 2019, due to high electricity bills, Mr. Chaudhari has decided to go green and to have a solar electricity solution for his industry. After detailed research and comparison, Chirayu power was awarded the prestigious 600kw solar power plant system.
The plant was supposed to be a ground mounted solar system. After inspection, chirayu power found that the type of soil is “Black cotton” which does not have load bearing capacity. Hence, chirayu power has decided to go with double column, heaviest solar structure for this installation.
For the first time, Waaree energies bifacial solar panels were used at an Industrial solution. Chirayu power was the first company to trust the technology and to use it for better generation. Also, Israel’s SolarEdge optimization inverters were used to maximize the electricity generation and to get module level generation and monitoring.
Today, this 600kw solar system is generating 9,60,000 units of electricity in a year. Mr. Chaudhari is extremely happy with the performance of solar plant and professionalism of chirayu power. Hence, Mr. Chaudhari has awarded an additional 600kw solar system extension to chirayu power.
