650KW SOLAR GRID TIED ELECTRICITY SOLUTION FOR LEELOTTAM OIL IND., KHAMGAON
Brief about the client: “Leelottam Oil Industries” is one of the fastest growing manufacturing industry. It is a pvt ltd company and renowned oil industry in Vidharbha region of Maharashtra.
The client has a metal shed roof with east-west slope. After rigorous analysis and designs we finalized the polycrystalline solar pv module and Israel’s Solar-Edge technology. We have used this technology to maximize the output from the system.

Solar system capacity: 650kw Solar Grid Tied system with net-meter.
Solar PV Modules used: Waaree polycrystalline – 330Wp/315Wp solar PV modules are been used for this solution.
Solar Inverter Technology: World’s best solar optimization technology i.e. Israel’s SolarEdge technology is been used for this project.
Lifetime remote monitoring solution is also provided to the client with module-level monitoring. Our team also checks the health of the solar system once every week so that our client gets the best solar experience.
Other system components: We have used aluminium walkways for safety cleaning over the tin shed.
For the protection of cleaning staff, we have provided epoxy coated MS railing from all the sides of the shade.
To reach the roof-top, we have provided a heavy staircase of almost 2MT of weight.
We have also provided AC and DC protections like SPD’s, fuses, DC MCB, AC MCB, MCCB, single phasing preventer, IP 68 polycarbonate boxes etc.
Solar Panel Mounting Structure: Anodized aluminium short rail structure with EPDM sheet for waterproofing is used. For the installation of these short rails, we have used rivets and self-drilling screws.
Earthing and Lighting arrestor: We have used a 50mm x 2-meter chemical earthing technology. Multiple earthing is used to get the best results.
For lighting arrestor, we have used Taiwan’s ESE lighting arrestor along with 2 pure copper lighting arrestors. The specialty of ESE arrestor is that it is an active type of lighting arrestor with a protection radius of 107 meters.
To connect the earthing to different electrical and electronic components, we have used hot-dip galvanized 25mm x 3mm earthing strip with 11000V insulators for thorough protection.
It’s been more than 2months now and the solar system is working as expected. If someone wants to see any ideal industrial solar solutions in Khamgaon, then this 650kw solar grid-tied system is the best option. It is the largest solution of Khamgaon up till now.
