676KW SOLAR POWER SOLUTION FOR NAGPUR PYROLUSITE INDUSTRIES
Chirayu power has successfully installed 676kw solar power system for “Nagpur Pyrolusite Pvt. Ltd.”
Nagpur Pyrolusite and its parent company Sanjay industries are into manufacturing of Manganese Dioxide, Granulated Manganese Dioxide and Manganese oxide in Nagpur.
This 676kw is a ground mounted solar solution which is spread in 68,000 sq. ft area. For this project, Chirayu power pvt ltd has used Jinko Solar’s 545wp half cut panels and Solaredge optimization technology.
It is observed that there is a lot of wind pressure at the site. Being an open land of more than 100 acres, there is no specific resistance for the wind. Hence, chirayu power designed double column galvanized structure for maximum strength. Also, below each panel, 3 purlins are used instead of 2 purlins to provide excellent stability. The project is designed to sustain a wind velocity of 170km/hr.
The customer is expected to generate around 10.5 lacs units of electricity yearly. Looking at the performance and skills of chirayu power, the client is not extending the solar project to 1MW.
