Nandura is a Taluka place in Buldhana district of Maharashtra. There is a co-operative bank named Nandura Urban Co-Operative Bank. The bank was suffering for high electricity bills.
We assessed the bank’s total requirement. We suggested a solar grid tied system of 15kw.
Chirayu Power has installed the whole system is mere 7 days and made the agreement with MSEDCL for purchase of excess electricity. Now the bank is self sufficient as far as electricity is concern. Also they export electricity on Sundays and on holidays.
Bank is planning for solarisation of their other branches.
