1.3MW SOLAR POWER SOLUTION FOR CHANVIM PLASTICS, BUTIBORI, NAGPUR
Preface:
Chanvim plastic had previously installed 300kw solar system 5 years back in 2017-18. The solar system was not working properly and was not generating electricity as expected.
Hence, Rakesh Surana sir (owner) decided to opt for profession company who knows the solar best. With multiple rounds of meetings with many solar vendors, finally the project of 1MW solar grid tied system was awarded to Chirayu power pvt ltd.
The project:
Chirayu power pvt ltd suggested the best-in-class 545wp Jinko Solar’s Mono+ Perc + Half cut panels along with Israel’s patented Solaredge inverter optimization technology for maximum output of the system. Best part of this inverter technology is, each panel generates independent electricity and each panels electricity can be separately tracked.
Before the start of solar project, team chirayu power always thinks of 25 years of life of solar system and how the system will get cleaned and maintained effectively. All the designs are made and components are selected keeping this thing in mind.
Firstly, perfect 2D designs of the solar system was made. With proper client approval and satisfactory electricity generation forecast, Chirayu power team proceeded with 3D modelling of the solar system. The best part of this 3D modelling is that the client knows exactly how the solar system is going to look. With the predefined list of deliverables, the project started smoothly.
In this project of 1000kW, 650kw of solar system is installed on the roof top of the industry and rest 350kw of solar system is installed on the ground next to the industries premises.
Solar Rooftop Project:
For rooftop installation, lightweight aluminium structure is used to avoid unnecessary loading. For rooftop project, additional accessories like heavy staircase, safety railings, cleaning pathways and walkways, water pipelines for panel washing, etc. are also provided.
Ground Mounted Solar System:
Considering the soil condition, we have selected the best fit hot dip galvanized structure. Using proper civil grouting work, we have ensured wind resistance of 150km/hr for solar structure.
The solar panels are mounted in such a way that each and every panel can be easily cleaned. Additional accessory like water pipelines, protective boundary wall etc are also provided for this ground mounted project.
Since the inception of this project, the solar project is generating electricity of 4700 to 5500 units daily depending on the available sun light. We have assured the client a minimum electricity generation of 15,00,000 units in a year.
