Project Overview:
Shree Ganesh Industries, a prominent cotton oil mill in Khamgaon, Dist.Buldhana, Maharashtra, India, has taken a significant step towards sustainability by installing a 370 KW solar power plant. Owned by Mr. Anand Mohata, the facility is strategically located at Plot No A34/40, MIDC, Khamgaon.
This solar power plant is equipped with high-efficiency Jinko Solar’s 540/545wp Mono + perc + half-cut panels, which are designed to maximize energy generation from the available sunlight. The use of SolarEdge Optimization Inverters further enhances the overall efficiency of the system.
To ensure the safety and performance of the solar power plant, it is mounted on Tin Shade using heavy GI south tilted structure, providing protection to the solar panels. Additional accessories such as Safety Railing, Solar Panel cleaning system, Heavy staircase, Ladders, Walkways (pathways), Safety line, Solar panel level monitoring etc have been incorporated for efficient operation and safety measures.
The solar power plant was commissioned on 29th November 2021 and has been consistently generating an impressive annual electricity output of 5,55,000.00 kWh. This sustainable initiative has resulted in a yearly revenue of 55,50,000.00 INR, contributing to both environmental conservation and economic benefits for Shree Ganesh Industries Cotton Oil Mills.
