In order to meet their high energy consumption, a 400 kW solar system was successfully installed across 6 sheds, a large-scale and complex project that required meticulous planning and precision. 4. Walkway:

• • Height: 24" Epoxy-coated railing to prevent slipping on the rooftop.

6. Piping:

• • Material: uPVC pipeline with water pump and necessary accessories.
  • Client Responsibility: Water tank near the shade to be provided by the client.

7. Junction Box / ACDB / DCDB:

• • Protection: IP65 protected JB with SPD, fuses, breakers, isolators, MCB, phase indicator, MCCB's, etc.
  • Design: Each DCDB and isolator is designed with a combiner box for multiple inverters. Manufactured by Chirayu Power.

8. Earthing Kit:

• • Standard: As per IEEE standards.
  • Type: Copper-bonded heavy chemical earthing.
  • Quantity: 9 units (17mm x 3 meters each)
  • Note: Additional earthing may be required based on site conditions.

9. Lightning Arrestors:

• • • CU Type LA: With protection and proper earthing using hot-dip galvanized strips, tested wires, and insulators.
    • ESE Type LA: Protection range of 108 meters with pole, mounting structure, etc.
  • Quantity:
    • 2 units of CU Type LA
    • 1 unit of ESE Type LA for complete lightning security.

10. AC & DC Cables:

• • DC Wire: POLYCAB/KEI or similar reputed brands, TUV certified, double PVC coated, zinc tinted, pure copper wire.
  • AC Cables: POLYCAB/KEI or similar reputed brands, industrial flexible wires with proper protection for underground applications.
  • Protection: Armored cables with weatherproof and damage-proof coatings and PVC pipes for power transfer.
