Mahesh Cold Storage, located in Parbhani, Maharashtra, sought to reduce its energy costs while enhancing environmental sustainability. The installation of the solar system was particularly challenging due to the nature of the cold storage facility. Leakage inside the shed is not permitted under any circumstances, as it can compromise the integrity of the stored goods. To address this, Chirayu Power developed leak-proof pasting solutions, using LORD's chemical for securely pasting the aluminum short rails. This chemical comes with a 25-year warranty, ensuring long-lasting performance and stability.

Moreover, the location's high wind speed posed another challenge. To ensure maximum structural integrity, we fabricated the railings and all elevated components to comply with strict safety standards. We ensured that the system could withstand high wind speeds of up to 150 km/h, offering durability and longevity in this challenging environment.

5. Earthing and Lightning Protection:
   • The system includes a pipe-in-pipe chemical earthing system and ESE Lightning Arrestors with a 108m protection radius, providing comprehensive protection against electrical faults and lightning strikes.
6. AC & DC Cables:
   • TUV-certified cables with weather protection and damage-proof coatings ensure reliable and safe electrical connections for the system.
7. Water Pipeline for Cleaning:
   • A CPVC water pipeline system with cleaning brushes and water pumps ensures that the solar panels are kept clean and efficient, maximizing energy generation.
