Internal Tank of solar water heater is a place where actual hot water will be stored.

Our internal tank is made of Stainless Steel (SS) which makes it rustproof and flexible.

To protect this tank against the hardest water (or even chemical), the SS tank is coated with Enamel Coating (German Technology) which protects the tank from 127 possible acids of water.

How Solar Water Heater Works?

1) First, tanks water enters into the solar water heater and then into the ETC tubes.

2) ETC Tubes shoots the temperature of water up to 80o. Due to the Thermosiphon (Thermosyphon) principal, hot water travels upward and cold water travels downward. Hence hot water gets collected into the insulated solar water heater tank.

3) This hot water of the insulated tank is ready for use 24 x 7.

Different solar thermal systems:

1. For low temperature (<1000 C): This kind of system uses solar heater (ETC type or Flat Plate Type) for heating water for space heating. This is a widely used solar thermal technology in residential and commercial premises.
2. For temperature (1000 C < 2500 Cc): These are very uncommon types of thermal systems. One of the most common examples is the solar cooker. In this technology, a specially shaped reflector is used which concentrates the sun rays on a particular point to raise the temperature.
3. For temperature (>2500 C): In this, solar thermal systems use a group of mirrors to concentrate solar energy onto a central collector. These concentrated solar power (CSP) systems can reach temperatures high enough to produce steam, which then turns a turbine, driving a generator to produce electricity.

Solar water heater designing is based on multiple factors

1. Number of family members.

2. Number of bathrooms. Type of fittings used in the bathrooms (like a tap, shower, jacuzzi, etc.)

3. Any other utility of hot water? (e.g. for cleaning utensils, etc)

4. Frequency of quests, quantity, etc.
5. Location on the terrace where the solar water heater needs to be installed.
6. Is pressurized hot water required? Or normal pressure water is required?
