• Delayed payments are subject to late fees as per contract.

7. Warranty and Maintenance

• Standard warranty is applicable as per manufacturer terms for modules, inverters, and balance of systems.
• Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services are subject to separate agreements.

8. Termination of Services

• Chirayu Power reserves the right to terminate any service contract due to breach of contract, non-payment, or violation of law.

9. Regulatory Compliance

• All projects executed by Chirayu Power are in compliance with The Electricity Act 2003, CEA guidelines, MNRE standards, and State Electricity Regulatory Commission norms.
• Environmental clearances, safety regulations, labour laws, and all statutory norms are duly followed.

10. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Jurisdiction shall be the courts of Buldhana District, Maharashtra.

11. Privacy Policy

• Data collected through the Website or via other channels is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
